AT AT terrarium

I haven't made a terrarium in awhile and I have been obsessed with star wars so why not make a star wars terrarium 

looks like the AT AT  is on endor 

I really love these fish bowl style jars just cause its like a little capsule of a scene in nature

MY buddie's b day present

went to the nursery to look for a bonsai for my buddies birthday and I decided to add a little something to it to make it a special miniature bonsai

I was going to put a single figure on it but the bonsai was so big that it didnt hurt to go alittle crazy with it

made another mega terrarium today I really like making the big ones I wish I good find bigger jars or vases. I would love to make one as big as a trash can if I could but this will have to do for now

I have been inspired by star wars lately not because of the new 3d phantom menace I think they are a joke inspired by the original star wars

I have been pretty uninspired to make anything for awhile but I had day off and got some supplies and I made today a terrarium valentines day..

I have decided to use more indoor plants in my terrariums and I think its cool when you see the growth and have to trim the plants

I went to the huntington library today and saw this cool little moss exhibit

They had a few variety of moss with a macro video camera that you could move around and look at the moss up close.

my new work space

I have been making terrariums in my living room and terrariums have been layed all over the floor, on the stairs and it has been a mess. I redid my little living room and put in some much needed shelves to store my creations. I just need to get a little work table

modern totoro Bonsai

I have had a idea for awhile to make some sort of modern bonsai. Here is one of my first experiments I like the wood pot it gives it a very earthy modern style. I think I am obsessed with making these little landscapes with totoro in them, I think my next project is to make a really big miniature landscape.

Made a Duck terrarium and I am trying to incorporate more plants in my terrariums,

these plants do grow very easily and do require trimming every month but that is the fun of it

I have been very busy at work and I have been on vacation. I have been flooded with special orders. I should have made more terrariums for christmas. Well I finally had some spare time to make some new terrariums.
